Mirror fit well. No distortion. But vibration is visible.
Excellent quality. Such a clear, distortion-free image, it instantly made me realize how UNSAFE 23 y/o fogged Silverado mirror had become (auto dim feature had failed spectacularly, visibility in some conditions Impossible). NOW, Signal, auto-dim work perfectly, but haven't had a chance to test heated function (August in Deep South). Highly Recommend.
Very nice mirror. Had trouble with snapping it on at the bottom. I put some silicone around the snaps, and I think it might work now. It had a vibration, because it did not snap on all of the way. I was able to removed it twice with no problem. It was a little hard to figure out which part I was suppose to pry on when I first removed the mirror. Not that difficult of a repair and I saved a lot of money. Thank you.
Great replacement part that works as well as original.
Just replaced the cracked mirror with this one and it is looking and working great. I did take one star off for a couple of idiosyncrasies. First, the wiring needed some additional installation as there were extra connectors rather than a single connection and the connectors and wires were not in the mounting clips. The second issue was that the mount was somewhat different from the original mirror. It still works, but just a bit different. Most important though was to have a replacement for a 20-year old vehicle and this was a great find.
