Very poor quality. Had to return twice before receiving unit that worked. Also, body is not tapped for screws to reapply protective shields.
Driver side has a squeke in it sounds like the motor ???? will need to check further.Running board
They worked after getting replacements that where put together correctly but there was no problem getting them changed out

I received two new power step motor assemblies for an 11 Escalade ESV. LH was working but I changed it anyways. RH was not lowering properly. Installed new motor on RH side but it wouldn't lower. Verified power at the plug from the vehicle, but no luck. Pulled step back off, and tested on bench while motor installed on step - worked fine with jumper leads coming from battery and step motor pigtail. Used DVM and identified RH motor was grounding out to chassis of motor. Called 1A Auto, told them what was going on, and in 3 days I had a new motor.
