Exact replacement as far as I can tell. 3 stars because these sensors (I replaced all 4) seem to alert occasionally when there is absolutely no obstruction. Once or twice a week they'll indicate I'm parking and very close to?nothing as I'm sitting at a stoplight. They'll go from not sensing anything to "red zone" and then off again as I start moving.
Worked perfect on my 2014 Silverado 1500 LTZ. Crawl underneath, open the tabs from the trim piece that holds sensor in place, push with your finger from the front on the sensor while pulling back and they pop right out. Plug and play the new one and fixed my issue right away. Issue was they were screaming at me over nothing that I was going to hit something.

They work great. Direct replacement from the oem I had in my bumper.
I needed these after realizing you cant paint the factory sensors black. Replacement was easy and they just work. Not much else to say about parking sensors.

No these will only work on models that are already equipped with parking sensors.
