Exactly as described
Purchased these replacement mirrors for my passenger side, got a quote from the dealer it was $250 for the upper and lower glass from the dealer. This set has a nice little feature i couldn't not live with out is that the lower mirror was heated the price was cheap and had all the features my current ones have, but for the full set you can't go wrong. The additional lower mirror heater was what sold me on them. The factory oem part does not offer this nice little feature that this set offers. GM needs to take a few lessons from the true parts guys and girls.

Yes
Fit my factory tow mirrors perfect and love that the bottom are now heated unlike factory!!!
The LED lights will be red.
Thank you for the inquiry. If you mirror does not originally have turn signals, they still will not work. This is an upgrade kit to get the lower portion to be heated, in order to get the turn signals to work, they would have to be wired into the vehicles harness through the mirror harness and an adapter will need to be there to attach the mirror glass to the mirror harness.
