Works perfect easy install
Looks close enough to original, differences wouldn't be noticed unless looking for them. The cap on the back match the structure of the original mirror so I could pop my original body color piece on. I had an issue with my blind spot monitoring system freaking out after installing this. Since the only difference is the led light on the mirror, I popped off the mirror that it came with and snapped the mirror from the original side mirror back in, now I have no issues
