Good part i just think the gasket could be a little better but the water pump overall was pretty good easy fix on my 2008 pontiac g6 gt

No problems. 2006 Impala LS with 3.5L engine. Was concerned the paper gasket did not look as robust at the original metal/rubber gasket.
I have used A1 Auto parts before and I have always gotten quick service and a great price. The part came quickly and was, as always, of great quality and l will come back!
Part came in reasonably quick time. Price beat any local auto parts store. This is not the first water pump I've replaced and if I have another to replace, I'll be back to 1A Auto.
Cheap part ,but I knew this. The gasket 1AAUTO sent was not a factory gasket, it was a paper fiber gasket. The factory type gasket is a must for proper spacing and sealing it is aluminum with a silicone seal embossed in it it. 1AAUTO should have stated this. For this I give zero stars. You had one job to do. You advertised the pump with gasket. A gasket that was sent is known not to work with these pumps do to a clearance reason. I had to by a gasket else where. I will never order from 1AAUTO again. The gasket cost $16.99
For the most part they aways have your part Great customer service Helpful all the way around
It took water pumps, so far the second one is not leaking& is working fine. Only issue I have had with any 1a auto parts.
