Complete kits like this are the best and they have less expensive bulk pricing. I recommend this product. The instructions were incomplete because it did not describe how to compress the rubber bumper and the bolt provided to do it was to short. It would be nice to have links to YouTube install videos.
'89 Regal goes down the road like a new car. Complete kit, nothing else to buy. You will need special tools for both front and rear. The rear I made myself the front had to be special ordered.
