TRQ fully loaded shocks and struts are manufactured using premium raw materials and calibrated to restore original ride comfort. TRQ shocks are fully loaded featuring a pre-loaded bearing plate, upper and lower spring isolator, upper spring seat, coil spring, boot kit, and premium strut. TRQ recommends replacing your shocks or struts in pairs to ensure even wear of components and improved ride comfort. All products are fit and road-tested in our Massachusetts R&D facility to ensure we deliver on our promise of Trusted Reliable Quality.
Replacing struts used to require specialized tools to compress, remove, and transfer the old spring and mount. Our Pre-assembled, complete strut & spring assemblies come with all new parts and make the job much quicker and easier for the do-it-yourself mechanic.

Spring Pocket Mounted too low, Basically Lowering Struts for Chevy Cruze.
Purchased for my Cruze and installed them. Noticed the front of the car sat much lower than OEM struts. Drove it like this for about a year before realizing that these struts were junk (already making noise) and my mileage also suffered due to them changing the aerodynamics of the car with the front pointed down. Ended up purchasing a set of struts from a local auto parts store, and they were correct. Couldn't return these due to the use and age of them, so I was out the money. Save yourself the time and headache and just buy from a local auto parts store.

Exactly what I needed
Easy installation, just be sure to have a 21mm offset box wrench for the top nut and an H6 socket tip, since this part changes from an OEM 24mm top nut and T50 center stud to 21mm and H6. Otherwise, these brought me an easy installation and great performance; I'm not a mechanic, just an intermediate DIY-er with good tools. Definitely ensure you have a cordless or pneumatic impact wrench with deep impact sockets, and you'll be set. Also pick up some liquid wrench-type loosener.

Best discovery I've made in a long time.
I purchased a set of quick install struts for my Buick. The price compared to other locations I searched was excellent. The order arrived at my house one day earlier than it was scheduled. It came complete with all the necessary bolts etc for the install. First time I have changed my own struts and it couldn't have been easier with the quick struts. Whole job took me about four hours and that's without power tools. Without question I would order from 1Aauto again. Certainly I will recommend 1Aauto to anyone looking for parts

These are not OEM parts. We have a few different aftermarket companies build these parts specifically for us, as our 1A Auto house brand.
