63 Impala fuel tank
My Impala sat for 20 years and the fuel tank was ruined. A shop gave me a price of $250 to restore it, but they recommended I find an after market replacement. I found 1AAuto on line and got it in a few days for $93. I was an exact fit after working the flange to match the old tank. The mounting bands should not fit directly on the sharp flange. The ground wire, gauge wire, and float replacement, and filler neck were perfect fits. I suggest you include the rubber joint and clamps in a package choice, maybe float too in a all in one deal. I am satisfied with the price and the product.
