I'm giving this 5 stars because the customer service was excellent. UPS sent me an email saying the box was empty and subsequently thrown away, so I never got the parts. I contacted customer care and they immediately refunded my purchase and shipped me a replacement. There was no argument, no push back, everything was very professional and friendly.

Product fit great and shipped fast. Much cheaper than buying OEM parts.
Price is great on this - as you can pay almost this much just for the control arm bushings elsewhere. Only problem I had is that the ball joint bolts are not the same thread as the steering knuckle on my 2006 330XI. Fortunately I was able to reuse the original hardware
