The motor mounts (driver and passenger side) replacement was very straight forward. The most difficult part was the mental aspect of jacking the engine off the mounts - lifting the engine with a floor jack approximately 1 inch at the front. Once the engine is off the mounts, it is an easy, process of removing two bolts and replacing the motor mounts. The left and right side mounts are keyed, so you cannot mix confuse the mounts location. Tighten and then torque to BMW specifications once the engine has been lowered and resting on the mounts.
