Bought less than a year after replacement and it stopped working. Asked for an expedited shipping of replacement regulator because I daily drive and park publicly, but would have to pay out of pocket for next day shipping. Spend the extra money at FCP euro, or ECS for a better product that won't have to be changed every year.

Not happy with part as it was not true to form its picture, and needed the wide face plate but shipped a cut out face plate. Customer service was excellent.
Just like the original part. I have previously purchased and installed a less expensive version of my 5 series BMW driver side window regulator from another online company, it looked cheap, material was not of the same quality just from looking at it (made in China) so I decided to give it try. It worked well but only lasted less than 1 month after installation and failed. It was the weak material it was made of from looking at it after taking it off the car. I ordered a new regulator from this guys (have never ordered from them before) and after talking to them over the phone, the first thing I was impressed with was the warrantee that came with the product. Yes, it cost me about more but the quality of the product was significantly better just from looking at it. Right out of the box, it looked like the original part, very strong and sturdy. It gave me quite a confidence knowing that this regulator will last me for a really, really long time. Couldn't be more please with the quality
