Item was direct fit and plug and play. Everything seemed good and it worked for three months then stopped working. I checked the connectors to ensure it wasn't lose but no joy. I bought a replacement from Autozone for the same price and it been working great.
Watched the instalation video. Made it very easy to install. Part preformed as it should.
It did not match my OEM module exactly, it was a pin short. But it seams to work anyway.

Perfect fit
Bought this at the same time as I bought the blower motor. It was suggested in one of 1A Auto's installation vids. They are both relatively cheap, and for peace of mind you should too. Very, very easy to install. Two very accessible screws.

The blower motor module only controls the variable speed to the motor. If your blower is working but only on a few or 1 speed then you more than likely just need the module and not the blower too. I changed out both because I had it all apart.
