My first parts order from 1A Auto it was almost perfect but not quite. I ordered both left and right lower control arms, shipping was free and it was delivered as promised in 2 days, so far excellent. Opened the box and discovered that the Left control arm had one of the spacers missing, and the bag was opened that it was packaged in. Called in and spoke with a real American person actually working for 1A Auto, told them of my problem and she set up an RMA and emailed me the shipping label to ship the Left control arm back, and had a new control arm sent to me, again the arm arrived in 2 days. The quality of the arms look good and they are made in Taiwan which is known for making high quality parts, so time will tell how good they really are. Not having fully functioning parts is not good, someone at the warehouse needs to take a moment and inspect the parts before shipping them, this was a huge inconvenience to me since I had to travel 2 hours to pick up the part and time to
