Will I need anything else to replace the drum brakes on my 95 Honda Civic EX. I.e a different trailing arm?

You shouldn't need a different trailing arm unless its damaged or the part geometry (length) isn't the same as the original. Why are you buying the bearings in this kit if you need to rebuild the drum brakes? I believe I purchased this kit for our 96' Integra and the rear rotors were disc, not drum - although the parking brake can sometimes be a drum brake on the inside of the disc. If that goes bad you can just disconnect it if you don't need the parking brake. If you need to replace the rear wheel bearings I would also check your tires for cupping and see if you need new rear shocks.

Does this fit an si model without abs?

This is only able to fit for models with ABS.
