They work perfect
They are a great company! Ive been using them to fix my vehicle for about two years. although they at times have limited selection on some specific items, every part Ive order has fit and continues to work. I was replacing the rear valve cover gaskets on a 1994 Lexus and decided it was a good time to replace the spark plugs as well. This worked out and very happy with the new spark plugs!

Arrived well packaged for shipment. Perfect fit and initial operation. They all had consistent gap and protective sleeves, but needed regap to spec. Be sure to have gapping tool. Happy so far. Would have paid more for faster ship, which took a week by ups ground. Recommended.
Due to misfiring issues, I replaced all spark plugs in my XG350 with these spark plugs and it was exact fit and did not have any issues during installation. The car has been running smoothly.
