Fit perfectly and my husband says it is more clear than the original rear view camera on our 2016 Ford F150. Easy to install. So glad we didn't have to install the whole tailgate latch/camera assembly.
I cannot get this camera to work properly. Images freeze and screen distorts from time to time. I requested a replacement and it has the same results. I re-installed the original camera (which works well until it gets wet) and my problems went away - until it rained. I cannot recommend this product -

Fits well and camera works. However, this camera has a different field of view compared to the OEM. Bumper looks curved a guide lines are severely angled. Had to break down and buy the OEM camera. Can't recommend.
The back up camera worked perfect on my 2016 F150. The zoom function and the guide lines worked and it was a simple plug and play.

It is not considered an HD camera.
Its not the camera that has the park assist. That has to be done with the truck software. In order to activate it, you either have to program yourself or your truck already has to have the feature active. But the answer is yes
