Excellent product and company
My driver's side broke off at the ball on my Subaru 2016 forester. The replacement parts from 1s auto fit perfectly, works perfectly. I required assistance during the install and they were more than happy to help in a timely manner. Just needed pliers to turn the ball around 180 degrees, wouldn't twist by hand. Got it done and very happy. Saved me $300 by doing it myself than going to a dealer.

Well done 1A Auto. Watched the install video, that helped alot. Make sure you have the hatch all tge way up. A couple of 2x4s make a good prop.
