These worked great. Perfect fit for my wife's2019 Santa Fe. The original supports had begun to lose their lift and she was bumping her head on the rear door. The replacements made the door raise up and stay up like new. I'm always satisfied with 1aauto parts. I especially like their installation videos.
There are pros and cons. First thing. This is not a direct fit. It's about a inch and a half too long. Definitely needs modified. Upon close examination I took off the original, snapped the end nearest the hinge in place. Then I took the other end off the original, put it on the new, the one hole lined up and I drilled a new hole with a self tapping 5/ 16 bolt headed screw. In essence shifting the support an inch and a half. The pro is: the cylindrical body of the apparatus is significantly larger; so this is definitely a better product than the original if you don't mind modifying. The geometry accommodates the new position of the end. All in all I'm pleased with the outcome.
