Bought this mirror to replace the one that was destroyed by some idiot that must have ran into it in a library parking lot - watched the video and a few more to figure out how to do it - so easy - basically 2 screws then pull up/off the door panel which exposes the plug. 3 more screws to remove the mirror - I used the old gasket since the new one didn't fit well. In less than 15 minutes, I was done with a brand new working mirror. The back cover needs to be painted to match the car and I found a body shop to do it cheaply. So for less than 1/2 the cost of the dealer doing it, I did it myself.
