I had placed the order for the replacement passenger side mirror for my Mothers 2012 Subaru Forester, the first part arrived and was for the Subaru Outback, I phoned the customer service line ad spoke with a very pleasant operator, she apologized and we walked through and ordered the right part, she explained I would be due return shipping, I disputed and ask her to review my Garage and the Subaru vehicle in it, she confirmed it was a forester, I explained that I clicked on the part the computer told me would fit, she was kind enough to send me a return label. The new part arrived and fit like a glove.
