New Suspension for the "Dad-mobile"

This was my first 1A Auto purchase, and I'm very happy with the product, the support, and the experience. I know that some people put quick struts down, but when I saw what my dealer service department was going to charge and that they were going to use quick struts as well, I decided this was a DIY project. What really helped was that they had a video for each piece I needed and they included torque specs. The ball joints do not include a stamp indicating the side, so just compare with the one you take off. Do one at a time. Lifting the transmission and removing/replacing the stud was not fun. The passenger side is easier because you can remove the top mount. The cotter pins on the ball joints were horrendous and required an air hammer to chisel the castle nut off. The castle nut on the new ball joints is a different size. Make sure you have a good pickle fork to get the ball joints and tie rod ends off. The van drives great now after an alignment.
