One of the parts ball joint defective
The parts came on time and complete but on one of the lower arms the ball joint was defective. Because of this the car could not be aligned. I had local repair shop replace defective ball joint and everything is working. I have a ticket into customer support but have not gotten any resolution yet. So depending on response from 1A, this rating may change.

The joys of auto ownership, ongoing.
I have an appointment with the most prominent suspension and frame shop to try to figure out the problem with my front end that makes it go clunk from time to time. The small up and coming shop that did the work for me did not have the time or expertise in diagnosis to figure out the clunk. The established general repair shop looked at the car and are baffled. They encouraged me to tell the first shop to fix the torn axle boot and let them know what the frame an suspension shop says. The stuff looks good and tight all other issues aside. More news next week.

Does this kit come with the rack&pinion bellows?
No. I realized I had to order those separately. You can buy one or the pair, but they're not included in this particular kit.

My 2010 Outback has 141k miles. My vehicle feels loose will this kit help tighten up the steering/suspension feeling like when it was newer?
There could be multiple reasons why you're having this particular problem. We suggest taking your vehicle to a nearby reputable shop to identify the cause. Once you know the cause, we'll be happy to see if we carry the parts and how-to videos needed for your repair.
