Off balance rotation
This fan assembly appears correct but the fan motors do not set properly in the fan shroud and create clearance issues. Furthermore when fan assembly was completely installed and hooked up one of the fan motors was off-balance. This caused the front end of the car to shake considerably when the fans reached full speed.
