Quality is great and bolted right on, no leaks. Well worth the price.
This pan fit my Subaru Outback 2010 perfectly, the only thing is that there is no gasket (I had to use the silicone gasket maker). Also the weld job to hold the thread looks kind of cheap (only in two weld areas, whereas the genuine one is welded all around).
