Great service and reliable parts. Really like the educational videos. Certainly gives me the confidence to do the work myself versus over paying a garage .
I was trying to save a couple hundred, but after just 2 weeks of driving, the front brakes make a horrible grinding noise after driving around town for a little bit (maybe 20 minutes.) It doesn't do it if I've been driving on the highway, so it correlates with the amount of use. I've taken to a mechanic and he said everything is installed right and there's no real reason for the grinding, except low-quality brakes. It gets very loud and makes me very nervous that they are going to wear out fast.
I saw the cheapest I could get this done and if you go through anyone else then it may be best but if you do it your self like me this wasnt the only way to go but the best parts and prices was this way!
Great kit! All parts fit perfectly! Only thing Id like to see is a packet of grease in the brake pad box and new clips in case the ones on it need to be replaced.
Just for the rear brakes, it took me an hour and a half (mainly because I spent some time working on a frozen caliper slide pin, watching some college football and smoking a cigar while doing these) all 4,, easy money, do it again in a heatbeat !!
