Lower Control Arms match OEM
Thank you for providing the instructional video. This video was very helpful and I actually ordered my parts for this job, plus front struts/w springs, rear shocks and sway bar end links from TRQ for a very fair price. All parts were a match to the OEM, delivery was free and only took a few days. 1A Auto/ TRQ has videos for each of those repairs and a large Playlist of other projects for the 7th Gen Maxima 2009 through 2014, and they were all relatively easy. The lower control arms however were a bit harder than I anticipated. You will definitely need to have an alignment after replacing those suspension parts so be prepared to do that when your project is done.
I don't have a lift at home and that likely contributed to some of the challenges I ran into. I raised the front end of the car onto jack stands for the project and really missed the extra clearance the lift provides as shown in the video.
