Feels just as good as the original, only complaint I had was it squeeked for a few days and then it stopped. I cant tell the difference between that handle and the others so it is a quality part. Thanks guys!
First of all, my original order has never arrived. When I contacted customer service the 2nd time I asked if they could reship the item since there had not been any shipping tracking update on the original order in over 2 weeks. Customer Service promptly reshipped the part and I received it by UPS in 3 days. I have since installed the part and it works fine. I appreciate what Customer Service did to solve the problem and will use 1A Auto again.
Alright, It took this item a total of three weeks to arrive at my door. Without any sort of update from 1A auto or UPS. They didn't tell me it was going to be delayed or when it would arrive. Kind of inconvenient when I need the part to replace something on my vehicle. So after waiting the 3 weeks I finally go to install this guy and the black doesn't match the black that is stock. Not even close. its like a dark grey/brown. I was able to just use this to strip parts back into my stock handle and fix. So at the end of the day did my door get fixed ? yes, was all this extra stuff necessary ? No
