Put this in a 2012 Highlander and it fit perfectly. Regulator and motor lined up with no modification needed. Window operates smooth and quiet. I've installed a few of these on different vehicles and this one feels like good quality for the price. No issues during install and everything worked first try. Solid replacement part if you don't want to pay dealership prices
