Transfer service not good , but product is very good.
Purchased front driver side and passenger side kits to replace rails, regulators, and motors in 2008 Dodge Avenger. The driver side motor stopped working on 3rd day and passenger side on day 10. Repurchased items from O'rielly's Auto parts made by different manufacturer and no more problems. Gave one star for fast shipping. Save the boxes, as, you will need them to throw the motors away. Also, don't go by the suggested installation videos as they skip the simple step of removing door lock mechanism in order to easily remove inner panel providing complete access for installing rails and regulator. Very bad parts and horrible installation advice.
Great product at a good price. Shipping was pretty quick also.
