1A, I just wanted to express my appreciation for your excellent customer service. What I'm about to relate pertains to order #2DYC19VETWF, in which my passenger side headlamp was replaced by order #ORD101575996. I'm by no stretch a "car guy" (although I am a "computer guy" LOL) but I was venturing into the semi-unknown, although TRQ had some EXCELLENT videos to walk me through replacing both headlamps and side lights. When I spent 15-30m trying to adjust the pass. side and found I was getting nowhere, I finally compared the stability of the two, to include removing them both and comparing, leading me to the return. The return was a work or art! I'm sure it was automated, but nonetheless appreciated, and then to find that the replacement part was on my doorstep last night (Tues 4/8...I submitted the return Sun 4/6). I inspected it this time before installing, and it was perfect. Installation, perfect. Testing perfect! I just now need to get brighter bulbs. Thanks so much agai
