I purchased a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee and the rear hatch pistons needed replacing. I received them quicker that I expected and also they were over $50.00 cheaper than at a local auto parts store.
The struts came on time, had instruction although it is pretty self explanatory. They seemed a bit more fortified that the OEM ones on the car which was reassuring.
