2008 Ford Mustang 6 Piece Steering Kit TRQ PSA86126

I can not recommend this product for a 2006 Ford Mustang! The first issue I noticed was that the dust boots provided do not fit properly over the inner tie rod. On the end that mates with the steering rack(larger end), the fit is ok. However, on the smaller end that goes over the inner tie rod, it is not a proper fit. The provided boot of their own kit does not fit properly over the inner tie rod in their own kit. That is unacceptable to me. I had to reuse the old original dust boot. They do provide zip ties for the boot, but I would much prefer to have been provided metal clamps. The 2nd problem is that while the inner/outer tie rods are a direct fit as a set, the outer tie rod uses an SAE nut without a cotter pin to secure to the knuckle. These are Chinese made parts. Why would the Chinese use SAE hardware for a car that uses Metric hardware. Now my son's car that uses all metric hardware has one component with SAE hardware.
