2005-08 Honda Pilot Front Passenger Side Steering Knuckle Assembly TRQ BHA42871

Pressed in Bearing is seated wrong causing the brake caliper assembly to rub against and damage the rotor when installed. Also, even after numerous reviews and calls into customer service flagging that the axle retaining nut is the wrong size, this assembly continues to be shipped with the wrong nut. After talking with customer service, 1AAuto appears not to care.

Knuckle assembly seems ok but the axel nut was the wrong size.Had to go buy another axel nut.

Fit like the oem part.

Easy to install, but the cv axle nut that was provided with was the wrong size

I have bought a total of 5 of these so far... the studs are very very weak... that's the main issue I've been having to buy several replacements ... alignment and tire balancing Is correct and I use a torque wrench to tighten to specs...

The axel nut supplied was way too small and the hub was about 2mm thicker than the oem, this caused the brake rotor not to go on far enough. The caliber bracket was making contact with the rotor, I had to shim the caliber bracket and reuse the old axel nut.

The part looks well made and it fit properly, but I think the guy that packed my order grabbed the wrong axle nuts(which was nicely bagged and zip tied to the part, but it was right next to the axle hole which was clearly much bigger) so I had to go buy new ones, not a huge deal just an inconvenience. However Ive bought A LOT Of parts from these guys in the last couple years and this is the first issue Ive ever had! So that said, YES Id recommend this company and parts!!
