Replaced window regulator purchased from 1AAUTO without any problems. Fit is perfect and operates smoothly. Also power connections to motor and window switch did not require and modifications. Awesome no problems.
Works perfect! Window goes up and down really fast now, recommend this part of you need a replacement.

This fit perfect for my 03 Honda Element. Looks just like the picture. I'm a 49 year old female; from Michigan, changed this out by myself. Super easy and absolutly no problems. Not able to take picture because it's in my car already .

All as advertised. Went in very easy with the helpful videoon Youtube. Pretty simple job even for a novice.
The mounting holes are 3mm off, had to use the grinder to open up . The rest is ok, need time to tell if the durability is worth 20% more money than the competition.

The actuator motor in this replacement was so weak that it couldn't lift the window. I requested and received a refund for the part.
Installed just like the factory one that came out. Window now rolls up and down like new. Much easier to replace it with this unit than trying to fix the 20 year old one that came with the car.
