I have this caliper on both the passenger and Drivers sides of my 2003 4 runner. The driver's side A1 Caliper I have had on the vehicle for 8 years, no issues and no rust. My passenger side factory caliper locked up so I replaced it with the A1 caliper. My only complaint is the machining of the new caliper. The top edges of one half of the caliper are about 1/8 of an inch too wide and overlap the other half of the caliper and made contact with the rim. I had to grind them down flush to make it fit properly. I painted the ground off areas to prevent them from rusting . Hopefully the new caliper performs as well as the old caliper on the drivers side.

Brake Caliper and brake hose review
As a person who knows literally NOTHING about vehicles and parts , I must say that I love 1A Auto! I have learned a lot about the parts I needed, was able to see what it looked like and where it goes and how to install them if I chose to try to do it myself. Rest assured I won't be trying to install the parts myself. My parts arrived on time there were no issues with the parts from my mechanic.Everything is working well now...THANK YOU! I will be recommending your company
