Works and fits great, and was easy to swap. My only complaint is that it's a bit louder than the factory lifter. The factory ones don't make much noise at all and this one has a distinct "motor" sound. That may go away over time if there are gears that wear in or something like that.
I watched the video it was easy remove and installed of motor power window.
The first one I recieved dident work. 1A Auto sent out a replacement one and it was great.
It was a snap to fit the only Difference was from the OEM the length of the power cord had to zip tight so it wouldn't get Caught in the windows operation

We currently do not have a photo of the connector for the motor, however, it will be the correct connector if you need a window regulator and motor for the driver side front window of a 2003-2007 Honda Accord Sedan (4-door).
