No, these are tan. They will replace the OEM number 04007-521AA-EO.
The grills are attached to the rear deck cover. To get that cover off, you need to remove (In this order!) the rear bottom seat, the rear seat back, the rear sear side pads, the rear side panels then lastly the rear deck cover. Its not too bad but you need to be mechanically inclined. Once the rear deck cover is off the new grills are easy to install. Then re-install all the pieces in the reverse order. Its about a 1.5 hour job to do. They fit perfectly and I was very happy that I had done this. But it is not a quick 10 minute job.
