I got this part. But my original radiator did not have the 2 red caps for the external cooler. Can I buy this in a auto part?

Yes, you should be able to find them locally.

Will this part fit the 2006 Jeep Liberty 65th Anniversary Edition?

Yes

What do you do with auto trans line holes on radiator if vehicle is manual? Plug?

Thank you for the inquiry. Some radiators are designed to be used on both automatic and manual transmission applications. These radiator may have fittings for an automatic transmission fluid cooler. However these radiators can be used on manual transmission models without issue and require no additional parts or modifications.

The product description says that it "does not include mounting brackets for the automatic transmission oil cooler." Are these brackets available for purchase or can they be removed from the old radiator?

You would have to swap over the original brackets to the new radiator.

how hard are these to install?

Very easy, I did it without removing the grill, but would be faster with the grill off to access the bolts to the power steering cooler. Save the rubber grommets off the old radiator as the new one does not include these. Drill the rivets out on the bracket for hood latch, may have to bend it out of the way a bit, disconnect all lines and hoses, remove any bolts connecting the evap coil and it will lift right out, Carefully install radiator in reverse. You can use small bolts/nuts to replace rivets on bracket or find the large rivets at the auto part store.
