Sorry 1A Auto but you struck out with this one. Anyone with an 02 - 07 Jeep Liberty DO NOT BUY THIS KIT! At first I thought the price was GREAT. Shipping was even fast BUT once I took my Jeep to my certified Mechanic to have the work done is when I found out it was too good to be true. Upper Control Arms with ball joints were an exact factory replacement with no issues thus far. But the Lower Ball Joints for both sides were GARBAGE. Ball Joints are supposed to be pressed in. These went in by hand meaning they didn't meet factory specs. My Mechanic had to order new lower ball joints which were made in America and NOT China. They were $96 a piece. One was more than what I paid for the whole kit from 1A Auto. Then after labor and a front end alignment I was looking at a hefty bill. Thought this kit would keep costs down but you get what you pay for. I got what I thought was a GREAT deal only to have wasted more money in the long run. Didn't have whole lot of time to change out both sides in one day, driver side went on with no problems. Everything was an exact match. When I went to do the passenger side the following Saturday, everything was going smoothly, until I got the lower ball joint installed. It was at that point I noticed a small tear in the boot. So I had to run to a local parts store and buy a replacement. I ended up just swapping out the torn boot with the new one that purchased. Unfortunately ended up paying an additional 35$ for a rubber boot replacement. Guess it was my fault at not inspecting the parts when I first received them, lesson learned.
For the top they are pre installed, at least on mine it was.
