Original Ride Comfort Restored!!!

I have a 2003 V6 Camry. I purchased inexpensive front and back struts for this vehicle at a leading auto parts store years ago for my vehicle. They may have lasted 2-4 weeks. A couple of years ago my mechanic installed an inferior 4 piece set. They didn't last either! I decided to give it one last chance. I asked my new Mechanic for advice on what "after market" brand he recommended. He recommended one brand. After some research I came across TRQ. What appealed to me was the website "How to videos" to teach the public how to install vehicle parts. When I came located the struts for my vehicle it was advertised as a completed set. It was advertised as "TRQ fully loaded shocks and struts are manufactured using premium raw materials and calibrated to restore original ride comfort." A lifetime warranty was also offered. What? I purchased the struts! It has only been a couple of weeks but the car does feel like the original ride!!! Very happy thus far with these struts!

The rear struts are very noisy, lots of clunking ! I've checked the hardware 3 times. I'm still searching for answers. I'll give a update later

Inferior struts

Good customer service but junk inferior struts , that ride low in the front and high in the back and never settles like note in box say's . rear strut's lasted about 10,000 miles and started to make noise and clunks . Just junk inferior strut's and better buy OEM or American made.

Quick and easy replacement of all 4 struts

I have 2002 Camry with over 245k on the odo. I replaced JUST the strut cartridges at about 140k. And while it did improve the ride, I still had a few noises here and there. At about 240k, I was hearing alot of popping and it became slightly hard to turn left. As I'm a automotive technician by trade, I knew it was the strut mount bearings. Rather than do all the work required to compress the strut, remove the old one, line up the new one and blah blah blah.... I went ahead and bought all 4 already assembled. I pulled my cat into the shop, and removed the back seat and side bolsters to access the rear strut mount nuts. I had this job done in about 1.5 hours. Then went to put on 4 new tires, then an alignment. This car now tracks straight and true. As a side note, if your going to replace the struts on your vehicle, ALWAYS REPALCE THE SWAY BAR LINKS!! They take a beating just like your struts do. I will say that the back of the car sits a little higher than the front, but that's to b

Anybody know how these compare to the original stiffness on a 2003 Camry SE V6, which I think has stiffer suspension than other Camry models?

These parts are manufactured by various aftermarket companies specifically for us and built to your vehicle's exact OEM specifications so the stiffness should be the same. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Will this fit a 2002 Camry XLE and will I need an alignment after?

I have an '03 and they fit great. I did go get an alignment, but didn't need to rush. The numbers weren't really very far off either.

Who is the manufacture of these struts and how does quality compare to name brand struts? Will the car have the ride and handling of the OEM struts?

These are our 1A Auto brand struts, and are very comparable to name brand struts. You will experience similar ride and handling.
