Overall, The installed was a couple of hours. Hint! , on the back shocks use locking pilers to hold shock. To help break nut loose. They ride as good as OEM. I only had them on for a month. I did get alignment and it was zero degrees on the front axle. It was 3 degrees off in the rear. Which that was not cause by the install. Some people say to get a alignment done after doing struts.
Prompt UPS Shipping. Front strut assemblies and rear shocks looked great and amazing difference in the ride.
The new struts and shock absorbers fit my 2004 Rav 4 perfectly. My mechanic had no issues with the installation. He said these were quality parts and comparable to OEM. I am very happy with this purchase from A1 Auto.
Parts fit as advertised, shipping (using the slow method) was quick. Th only complaint is that the rubber bushing for the rear struts is a little large making it very difficult for the nut to bite the threads. Even with two people we could not compress it enough. I ended up reusing the existing bushings. Would still recommend product and services.
