The regulator works. Appears slower than the factory regulator. My first two regulators were for a Dodge Durango and the driver window makes a popping sound when it is lowered. I guess as long as they work and it stays up in the rain it's fine. I just thought it might have been installation on my part. Your customer service is the best. Judy helped me when the Cadillacs regulator didn't show up for days and I paid for 2 day delivery. Refunded my delivery fee, then sent me another on 2 day delivery. It made it in 3, but it got here.

Just like the original part. Very easy to install. A 10mm wrench and about 20-30 mins. Definitely beats taking to a shop or dealership, paying 250- 300 dollars. Would definitely recommend this part.
