I don't have the exact measurements. These are factory flaps, so they are the same specs as what the truck would have come with.
In most cases you will need to drill holes in the flaps or on the vehicle to have installed. In other cases, drilling on your vehicle is not required as Ford will sometimes predrill the slots in the appropriate position.
