Worked great, arrived quickly, easy to install
Arrived in a timely manner. No instructions in my box -none were really needed.remove your original hood struts (one at a time) replacing each with the new strut while your hood is supported by an adjustable mop or broom handle, etc. 2) You merely install the new mounting plates in the original threaded holes of the hood and the engine compartment wall with a 14mm open-end wrench and then push the ball joint ends of the rod into the holes of the mounting plate - they just click in.
Attachment appears to be safe and solid, probably better than the original ones I just replaced.
