I received a excelente service and puntual .
I was successful in replacing a the broken motor for the drivers side on my '99 Sienna. The work was relatively straight forward and not particularly difficult. The replacement part fit exactly and functions well. The only problem was that the polarity was reversed on the replacement part. Push the window switch to go down--and it went up instead. The was fixed by reversing the leads on the connection. Kind of a pain in the neck, but it worked out ok. No other complaints. Delivery was fast from A! and I saved a ton of money over what Toyota would have charged.
This regulator will not work for models that have the auto up/down feature. A regulator with the auto feature will have more pins in the electrical connector and in most cases will be a different plug than models without this feature.
