A Little Spendy, But It Works Great!
Lincoln Town Cars will more or less run forever if you take care of them. They become annoying when things like this retainer fail and you have to use a pick or pop the trunk every time you go to gas up. Start stacking those minor annoyances up and pretty soon you don't like the car and want to get rid of it. And that's why I spent the money on this seemingly insignificant piece of metal. It keeps my 2000 Town Car from reminding me that it's 21 years old. Keep your Town Car happy and your Town Car will keep you happy. Or your Crown Vic. Or Grand Marquis. Whatever. Fix the little things, you'll be glad you did every time you gas up.
