My mechanic said that it was simple to install.
The part was just as advertised and fit perfect. The original fill tube had a 20" grounding wire attached but I rigged up a substitute. All in all it was an easy job but I had to break the clamps around the rubber tubes that went to the gas tank to get them off.
This product worked great, replaced the old original and works fine.
