Brought to you by 1AAuto.com, your source for quality auto replacement parts and the bets service on the internet. Hi, I'm Mike Green. I'm one of the owners of 1AAuto. I want to help you save time and money repairing and maintaining your vehicle. I'm gonna use my 20 plus years experience restoring and repairing cars and trucks like this to show you the correct way to install parts from 1AAuto.com. The right parts installed correctly, that's going to save you time and money. Thank you and enjoy the video.
In this video, I will be replacing the tail light on this 1997 Ford Expedition, same as any '97 to '02 Expedition. Only tool you'll need is either a T20 Torx Driver or a 7 millimeter wrench.
To remove the tail light, you're going to remove these two. They're either T20 Torx ... Wrench. Okay, then once you have those out, you basically kind of pull the light away from the truck. Pull the top and then pull the bottom. Okay. Then pull the bulbs if you're looking to just service the bulbs. Okay. Twist and come out. Okay, obviously once the bulbs are out, there is your tail light. If you've got a broken tail light or something, in 1A Auto, we sell kind of the exact replacement that will mount just like the original. Obviously reinstalling is the reverse of the procedure. Okay. Twist the bulbs in. Okay. Get it lined back up with the pins going into the right locations. Okay. Then reinstall the bolts.
We hope this helps you out. Brought to you by www.1AAuto.com, your source for quality auto replacement parts and the bets service on the internet. Please feel free to call us toll-free, 888-844-3393. We're the company that serves you on the internet and in person.
