I like the look of the product looks almost like original,
it works for my 04 Tacoma. heads up that the panel clips can be a little fragile and they are a little wider than a standard nylon pry bar. Otherwise, fit perfect and provides a nice substantial grip compared to the original plastic. The chrome is a nice update as well.

Going in was a snap, getting a 25 year old out was a battle. Getting the door latch rod disconnected was very difficult, only did the driver side first. Saving the passenger side for another day.
I like my handles. They are plastic and it seems all I can find is plastic. You just have to be careful when the weather is cold and icy and watch that your door does not freeze closed where you may try to force your door open with the handle. They look good and work good but are fragile.

The cylinders will be separate parts and will not have to be replaced when you swap out a handle.
NO sir I haven't searched for one how ever there might be one on YouTube it's simple to do just take the door panel off find the three bolts holding the old one in. Be careful for the locking clips they will break easily. Those three bolts are going to be where the door handle is at. May have to roll your window up or down to get to them. Take those out slap the new one in and reassemble. Easy as it gets.
